Would you like to dip your toe into the world of energy and chakras? That’s a late question! You’ve been fully immersed in it since before you were born. Like a fish in the sea wondering what water is and where to find it. Energy plays a major role in your life.

When you learn about the role and importance of energy and chakras in your life, doors open for you where before there were only walls. Then you see and approach your life differently. Namely, directly where it makes sense and has a lasting effect. You will become more confident in yourself, relationships will become easier, and your life experiences will become more real, colorful, and meaningful. When your life stagnates, you will always know where you stand and where to look. Energy is honest.

This course series is not about believing, but about perceiving what is there and what is happening without bias. This means that you accept as true what you sense, feel, experience, and think. In this way, you gain knowledge that transforms you. This course combines practical knowledge and the use of energy in a new and groundbreaking way.

This is the free introductory course on the subject. It gives you a clear understanding of chakras as energy centers. They are links between your consciousness, your body, and your life. The audio offers you a brief introduction to the subject and allows you to listen in and decide whether it resonates with you and whether the advanced course is right for you. Grounding yourself is much more than just feeling your feet. Without earth and sufficient momentum in the root chakra, all higher centres constantly lose energy. This basic session is a guided consciousness session in which you will learn a basic form of energy work for the root chakra. You can incorporate it into your practice or everyday life. It makes a difference in your energy balance. The know-how and energy of this session stems from my soul guidance team.
