Grounding yourself is much more than just feeling your feet. Without earth and sufficient momentum in the root chakra, all higher centres constantly lose energy. This basic session is a guided consciousness session in which you will learn a basic form of energy work for the root chakra. You can incorporate it into your practice or everyday life. It makes a difference in your energy balance. The know-how and energy of this session stems from my soul guidance team.
